LALINETlidar stations were used to track down aerosols generated over Amazon region andtransported over the continent. These data were merged with collocated Aeronetstations in order to help in their identification together with HYSPLIT simulations. Theresults show potential indication of how aerosol can age in their long transportover regions South and Westward from the source areas by change of theiroptical properties.
