Resumen:
A High Spectral Resolution Lidar (HSRL) using anunseeded laser is designed to separate both Rayleigh and Mie scatteringcomponents by means of a tunable interferometer. The condition is achieved bytuning the interferometer?s free spectral range (FSR) to be the same as themode separation of the laser or a multiple of it. This method has differentcollection efficiency for aerosol and molecular backscatter. We estimate thoseefficiencies for the perfect tuning case as well as when accuracy or precisionerrors on the alignment occurs for a specific simulated condition
