Resumen:
It is contributed to the life and work of Enrique Butelman. He was a cultural manager, a mixture of pragmatic intellectual, democratic politician (close to the Socialist Party of those years) and a creator of projects aimed at the development of psychology as a science and as a profession, that is to say, as a practice attached to the social network and, not only, to the academic field. In 1945, with his friend Jaime Berstein, he founded Paidós Publishing House, which was specialized in children´s books, education, psychology and sociology. He also participated in the Board of Directors of the psychology programs in Rosario and Buenos Aires. He had a decisive influence on the preparation of the curricula of both programs, and, during the administration of Risieri Frondizi at the University of Buenos Aires, he was the director of the psychology program between 1958 and 1960.As an editor, he worked until the end of his days in several areas of Paidós-Argentina and Paidós-Ibérica. Many of the books on Depth Psychology collections were edited with notes and remarks in which Butelman was erudite and masterful.
