Resumen:
In this paper I will focus on the case of testimonial injustice and what requires the transition from a society with high levels of testimonial injustice to an epistemically just society. In Section 1 I will try to specify the sort of evil that involves the testimonial injustice. I will defend that testimonial injustice involves structural domination. In Section 2 I will argue that testimonial injustice, as a sort of structural domination, consists of a deviation from the threshold of justice different from the two types of ordinary deviations- by wrong actions or by arbitrary factors such as the genetic lottery. In Section 3 I will analyze the particularities of epistemic transitional justice exploring the points of connection with other cases of transitional justice. In Section 4 I will present institutional reforms that could involve the transition. These reforms constitute the next step in the transition promoted by the feminist movement.
