Resumen:
Thispaper aims to show that the Fichtean theory of the recognition of the otherbrings important consequences that are relevant to the theory of property.Fichte intimately links the ideas of freedom and property as the basic meansfor subsistence. In order to show this link, the deduction of property isreconstructed from the principle of right. Furthermore, an idea is developed ofa social division of labor centrally planned by the state. Finally, the paperincludes the established relationships between the Fichtean idea of a right tosubsistence, and the debate about the formal and the real freedom.
