Inclusive agripreneurship requires quality RAS. Nonetheless, what quality of RAS means and how to incorporate total quality management strategies into RAS organisations has been scarcely addressed. As part of RELASER?s Paraguayan Forum, and in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and Husbandry of Paraguay (MAG), the German Corporation for International Cooperation, implemented an initiative to develop quality standards for RAS and to incorporate quality management strategies in the Directorate of Agricultural Extension (DEAg) of the MAG. In this paper, this experience is described.
