We analised Water-Energy-Food Security and the Carbon Challenge in the Central Andes of Argentina. What are the planning uncertainties, particularly for infrastructure, and how do these compound climatic risk to energy transitions? Can mutual interests among water, energy and agricultural resource users and planners be identified to collaboratively pursue policy options that advance water, energy and food security in Mendoza?
