In this work, we study the propagation of high energy neutrinos produced in extralactic sources including the effect of a possible interaction with ultralight pseudo scalar dark matter particles with mass in the range [10-33 eV - 10-21 eV]. We compute the cross section and describe the propagation of the neutrino flux using transport equations for each mass eigenstate. We obtain the final neutrino fluxes of the different flavors to be observed on Earth with neutrino telescopes such as IceCube, and we find that ranges of the neutrino-dark matter couplings which can alter the flavor ratios to be observed with respect to the standar expectation (1:1:1).
