Resumen:
10 MeV proton irradiation is a standard test for simulation of outer space environment in order to qualify devices and materials for space applications in LEO orbit (typical for satellites)Study of the Raman vibrational modes of MAPbI3 films under irradiation exposure while not to producing degradation by the Raman laser. We observe the inherent material resistance to permanent irradiation defect formation. (P < 25 W cm2)We also present preliminary in situ testing of solar cells upon irradiation
