Resumen:
Zirconia-based ceramics possess a wide range of relevant applications, such as electrolytes for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC) in energyrelated devices. In this work, dense thin films were synthesized by sol-gel and deposited by dip-coating. These films were characterized by GrazingIncidence X-Ray Diffraction (GIXRD) to determine crystalline features of zirconia and YSZ thin-films as a function of temperature. Results were contrastedwith SEM, TEM and by Raman Spectroscopy
