Resumen:
In this work, we explore a facile sol-gel synthesis route to fabricate Zn1−xNixO (nominal x=0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.04, 0.1 and 0.2) films on Si substrates. Our study demonstrates that the incorporation of Ni+2 in the ZnO lattice produces important changes in the resulting microstructure and optical properties of the films for x < 0.2.
