Resumen:
ZirconiaBased ceramics possess a wide range of relevant applications, such as electrolytes for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC)in energy related devices. In this work, dense thin films were synthesized by sol-gel and deposited by dip-coating. These films were characterized by Grazing Incidence X-Ray Diffraction (GIXRD)to determine crystalline features of zirconia and YSZ thin-films as a function of temperature. Results were contrasted with SEM, TEM, and by Raman Spectroscopy.
