Resumen Desde hace algunos años, el sistema partidario en Argentina ha evidenciado cambios en sus lógicas de funcionamiento. La llegada del presidente Kirchner al poder estuvo signada de conflictos inter e intrapartidarios. Pese a ello, el presidente en ejercicio pudo obtener un importante apoyo popular a partir de las elecciones legislativas celebradas a mitad de su mandato. Este hecho puso aún más de relieve los lazos que unen a los partidarios del presidente con los sectores tradicionales del PJ gobernante. En este sentido, el presente trabajo pretende, a través de un estudio exhaustivo de la estructura del sistema partidario, analizar las nuevas lógicas de su funcionamiento, realizar un mapeo de la estructura de la competencia y negociación partidaria y estimar los posibles senderos por los que se transcurriría en los próximos años   Abstract Since years ago, the Argentinean party system has showed different sings of change. The arrival of President Kirchner to the executive power was signed by conflicts within his own party politic and outside of it, with other party politics organizations. However, the actual ruler could obtain an important popular support from mid term elections. This fact emphasizes the links between the president followers and the traditional sectors of Jusicialist Party. In this sense, through an exhaustive study of the structure of party system, this paper tries to explore the new logic of party system working, to analyze the new logics of the competition and political negotiation, and to consider the possible paths by which Argentinean party system would be passed in next years.
