ORAL PRESENTATIONAbstract: We have developed a powerful regio and stereoselective synthetic route on solid-phase with a common key intermediate I which, via tandem N-acyliminium ion cyclization ? nucleophilic addition, leads to a wide diversely fused non-flat heterocyclic structures that can mimic interesting natural products, including constrained peptidomimetics.
