Resumen:
NTRODUCTION Puerto Rosales is located on the estuary of Bahia Blanca, in the District of Coronel Rosales and boundary to Punta Alta, its main city . It is the outermost of which make up the port System estuary of Bahia Blanca port. This presents an advantage over those of Ing, White and Galván , located about 30 km into the main channel access port system. Another advantage is that this channel has natural depths of around 12 m height Puerto Rosales. However the operation as a commercial port could never be realized its true potential value. The access of Puerto Rosales has shallow depths and are continuous dredging and maintenance necessary to allow the entry of ships. This requires high investment costs , generating successive dropouts from operating activities. The original draft of Puerto Rosales construction dates back to 1908
