Resumen:
This work presents thesynthesis of thermosensitive nanogels with films forming ability. A semibatchstrategy was used to produce hybrid nanogels, consisted of a core of poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)(PVCL), a biocompatible polymer with a phase transition close to thephysiological temperature, and a shell of poly(butyl acrylate) (PAcBut) thatprovides the properties of adhesiveness and film formation. These nanogelscould be directly used in a future transdermal drug delivery system, withoutrequiring a support and adhesive matrix. Morphology, thermal response, loadcapacity and drug released of the nanogels and films were evaluated along thework.Expuso: SONZOGNI, A.S.
