Resumen:
A DNA microarray experiment involves, among other things, storage of images, generation of intensities files, verification data quality, processes the data set, statistical analysis to respond to biological hypotheses raised and generation of the respective reports. While these situations can be resolved by different tools, they require different skills and infrastructure for their use, not always available in local research teams. In this paper we implement a platform for storing and managing DNA microarray experiments and design a processing pipeline that automates the process of quality assessment and analysis of case-control experiments.
