Resumen:
We show the results obtained for the cases of solid spheres and solid wires. The material consid-One of the most remarkable features of nanostructured materials is that their optical response                                                                                                   ered is aluminum, with a plasmon energy of ωp = 0.563 a.u. and a Fermi velocity of vF = 0.927 a.u.due to plasmon excitation is very sensitive to their geometry and composition. The interaction ofcharged particles with the electron gas of the considered system is one of the most used methodsto excite and study collective excitations or plasmons. In this work we analyze the dispersion relations in metallic nanosystems, going beyond the Drudeplasmon pole approximation, in order to study the available modes when we use a more generalapproach. We consider the excitation of these modes due to the interaction with charged par-ticles in a variety of nanoscopic systems of particular interest for current studies of micro- andnanodevices, such as spheres and cylinders.
