Resumen:
In this work we analyze, in the frame of the coherent states, the fluctuation of the electronic collective modes associated with the wake potential generated by external particles of charge Ze. This perturbation is described as coherent states of plasmons spatially localized in an average distance of the order of the velocity of the particle divided by the plasmon frequency of the material [1]. We use coherent states to describe bulk and surface plasmons as wave packets that raise variations in the electronic density of the material. It is adequate to treat the state of plasmons as a coherent packet, not only because these states are the bestapproximation to a classic electromagnetic wave, but the collective mode generates coherent excitations in each mode. We also study the fluctuations of the plasmon fields associated to the wake potential generated by a dimer formed by two charged particles (such as two protons in a ionized molecule of H+2) traveling through a dielectric medium limited by an interface. We analyze several cases of interest, as are the different trajectories of the incident dimer, and different shapes of the interface.
