Resumen:
The effect of Fetal Calf Serum (FCS) or Estrous Cow Serun (ECS) on the embryo development was evaluated. Results expressed as transferable embryos and hatched blastocysts were higher when ECS was used in both, oocyte maturation and embryo culture.
