Resumen:
This paper presents an alternative way of assigning the bandwidth in a resource reservation soft real-time scheduler. The mechanism consists of an adaptive predictor and a nonlinear feedback controller. This dynamical adjustment permits to scale the pair frequency-voltage of the device, reducing its energy consumption. Simulations on different kind of applications illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
