Resumen:
The structure and dynamics of sublattices of the semiconducting crystals CdTe and ZnxCd1-xTe (x = 0.1, 0.3) were studied by performing combined RBS-PIXE-channeling experiments. The effect observed is tha replacing some Cd atoms by Zn seems to enhance the vibration of other Cd atoms, most probably those which are in the vicinity of the Zn.
