Resumen:
The structure and DC transport in rf-sputtered nc-TiO2-d thin films are studied. The film crystalline structure is seen to change significantly with varying deposition parameters. From concomitant changes of the temperature dependence of the resistivity, possible transport mechanisms and correlations between structure and electrical properties are proposed.
