INCREASE OF THE ACTIVITIY OF INMUNE AND EPITHELIAL CELS BY SUPPLEMENTATION WITH PROBIOTICS TO A RENUTRIRITON DIET IN A MALNUTRITION MURINE MODEL. UNT.   In the previous paper we saw that probiotics favorous the expression of different markers of LB and LT in a malnutrition-renutrition model. Objetive: study of influence of optimal doses of Lactobacillus casei (Lc) and Yogurt (Yo), used as complement of a renutrition diet, on a activity of immune cels and epithelial functionality. Material and methods: Balb/c mice were malnourished (M) and renourished for 7d (Re7d) and 14d (Re14d). The renutrition diet was supplemented with Lc at a concentration of 107 cels/day/mouse and diluted Yo for 5 days. We determined: a)nº of CD4+ and CD25+ cells. b)nº of Bcl-2 producing cells. c)expression of E-cadherin molecule on histological slices from small intestine. Results: a)CD4+ cells were increased with both probiotics, in Re7d. For Re7d only Yo enhanced CD25+ cells. b)Bcl-2 producing cells increased in Re7d and Re14d plus both probiotics. c) Lc induce better recuperation of E-cadherin expression Than Yo. Conclusions: Lc and Yo improve the activity of immune and epithelial cells.
