Resumen:
Supply chain operates driven by orders between their nodes, when a customer places an order at the retail level. The order is recorded to be processed and it is removed when the customer receives the product. So the production plan is organized in order to satisfy as soon as possible the client requirements. This kind of system is rigorously modeled and assumed for control analysis as “a plant”. Two control strategies, considered as decision-making techniques, for helping on solving the problem of regulating the production by minimizing inventory and maximizing the client satisfaction are compared. It was done by assuming several constrains and different types of demand dynamically changing in both cases.
