Epibiosis Contest at Zygochlamys patagonica fishing grounds: Which is the winner?

The results of this presentation compile data collected during the last ten years during the monitoring the monitoring cruises carried out by INIDEP.In this study we present a review of information dealing with the conspicuously colonized basibionts in shelf areas subjected to trawling of the Patagonian scallop. Top 10 of the most frequent colonized basibionts is presented. The Patagonian scallop was the species hosting the highest richness of epibiont species, with a total of 48 taxa.
