Resumen:
The synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles by a modified gel-combustion methods and the preparation of ZnO nanomorphologies using a combination of sol-gel and membrane template method are reported. Optimization of the synthesis parameters and characterization of the materials by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and high-resolution transmission electron mycroscopy (HRTEM) were performed to evaluate the synthesized materials for potential application in optoelectronic devices and for gas sensors.
