Resumen:
The employment of organic materials in thedevelopment of solar cells, organic light emitting diodes, electrochromiccells, is one of the most active research areas in materials science. Manystudies on the development of electronic and energy conversion materialsincorporate phthalocyanines, chlorophyll derivatives, and related tetrapyrroliccompounds, due to their participation in the photosynthesis process and theirunique electronic, magnetic and optical properties. Thin films exhibiting highconductivity that are fabricated through the electropolymerization ofelectroactive monomers are potential alternative materials for the preparationof highly efficient devices The use of electrogenerated films has the advantageof being synthetized in one-step, which allows fine control over the filmthickness, an important parameter when fabricating optoelectronic devices. Thus, the electrochemical polymerization of suitable Phthalocyanines monomerscan be an appropriate way for the production of optoelectric films.
