Resumen:
The objective of the work was to detect molecular markers associated to important agronomic traits suitable to be used in genotyping selection or MAS. DNA of each one of the 115 individual F1 derived from an inter-botanical varity cross and both parents was extracted from fresh leaves. Twenty five SRAP primer combinations were employed using five forward and five reverse primers. The PCR products were separated on 6% denaturating polyadrylamide gels and SRAP bands wee stained with silver. 35 SRAP-markers associated to yield QTLs were selected and analyzed in an Applied Biosystems 3730XL sequencer. The SRAT sequences were also comparec with the global database by BLAST (NCBI). Two markers related to the interesting regions were found. One of them was associated to male sterility and the other was related to polyphenol compounds production.
