Resumen:
This article seeks to analyze the municipal distribution of creativeworkers in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, andspecifically to explore how tourism destinations behave in relationto their ability to attract them. Thereby, it provides empiricalevidence to demonstrate where the different subgroups ofcreative workers (professional, super-creative, and bohemian) areattracted to, and what factors of attraction (tolerance, talent, technology, and territory) influence their location in 110municipalities of the province. The results highlight that humanfactors (talent and tolerance) are the fundamental ones and thatthe location of bohemians and super-creative has the greatestsignificant correlations with the conditions of place.
