Dryness, loss of elasticity and deep wrinkles are some of the visible signs of aging skin. In thissense, there are antioxidant cosmetic products in the form of creams, gels and serums that includeMelatonin (MEL) and components such as Hyaluronic Acid (HA) that are used in these formulationsfor hydration, protection and anti-aging purposes. However, the low permeability of the stratumcorneum has allowed these cosmetic formulations to have a relatively low success rate. There arenew innovative systems called microneedles (MA) that consist of multiple microscopic projections
