Resumen:
The potential role of Cristal Violet (CV) as growth indicator was tested in order to rapid detect M. tuberculosis growth from decontaminated sputa. Two different systems were performed: 1)eppendorff tubes with M7H9 + CV 2)96-wells colorimetric microplate system containing M7H9, CV plus RIF and INH, in order to determine drug susceptibility.
