Resumen:
We previously reported immuno-endocrine and metabolic disturbances in patients with chronic Chagas disease. The aim from the present study was to investigate plasma leptin levels in T. cruzi-infected individuals and their potential relation with the immune-metabolic pattern and degree of cardiac involvement.
