Resumen:
DNA typing of HLA-DRB1 alleles in 71 leprosy patients and 81 healthy controls was performed. DRB11401 and DRB11406HLA-DRB1 alleles in 71 leprosy patients and 81 healthy controls was performed. DRB11401 and DRB11406
alleles were significantly more prevalent in leprosy patients, whereas a decreased frequency of DRB10808 and DRB11103DRB10808 and DRB11103
alleles was found, by comparison to the group control.
