Prepare a draft report outline, including main contents, structure, sources consulted and a methodological proposal for the preparation of a OHCHR thematic report in line with the OHCHR SOP and the defined template on public thematic reporting (1 October: one week). Conduct a preliminary research based on relevant sources, including case studies, available data and pertinent research/publications (three weeks). Participate at the OHCHR Subregional meeting to be held in Panama city (23-24 October) with a view to present an overview of the preliminary research and to collect the views from participants (i.e. experts and civil society organizations) on the relevance and scope of the report, as well as the identification of sources on the subject-matter (2 days). Taking into consideration the above-mentioned consultations complete the research and prepare the final draft report for the review and approval of OHCHR (30 November: 4-6 weeks). Integrate comments from OHCHR for the elaboration of the final report in Spanish), which will also include an executive summary in English (2 weeks after receiving comments)
