Resumen:
Este trabajo fue presentado en un poster en la conferencia. The photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) contributes significantly in comprehensive studies of radiation climate, remote sensing of vegetation, and radiation regimes of plant canopy,  photosynthesis and productivity models of vegetation. In general, direct measurements of the PAR component are not available in many instances so only the use of either modeling simulations or techniques relying upon empirically derived estimates can fill this gap The Solar Energy Group (GES) of the Argentine National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA) performs R&D activities related with photovoltaic solar energy conversion for space and terrestrial applications. The development of low cost photo-voltaic radiometer begun by 1998, both for measuring global solar radiation. The theoric study about of optic filter and antirreflecting coating to design PAR radiometers are presented.  The object is transform the low cost radiometer fabricated in CNEA in a low cost and reliable  instrument to measure the PAR radiation. The firs prototypes of PAR radiometers with a commercial filter are presented.
