33 Laboratories from 12 countries and regions participated in the inter-collaborative study of two AOAC Official Methods. 1.6 Regarding the study of these two AOAC Official Methods, 252 scientists from 25 countries wrote 74 papers from 1995-2004 and had them published in 43 SCI journals of 13 countries, in which the papers of these two AOAC Official Methods were cited 180 times.The six combination techniques were developed (Accelerated Solvent Extraction, Homogenize Extraction, SPE, GPC, Solvent Elution) so that more 500 pesticide residues could be extracted from complex matrixes. High through-put sample preparation techniques of pesticide residues were studied and developed.
