Background: Chromatin topology is known to participate in gene expressionchanges associated with cell differentiation. To approachthis issue in a hormone inducible system, we studied the conversionof stromal endometrial cells (t-HESC) into secretory cells, known asdecidualization, which is controlled mainly by progesterone.Description: We performed Hi-C and RNAseq analysis 1h, 3 and6 days after hormone treatment.
