Resumen:
Charge transfer measurements during individual ice-ice collisions are presented for a target surface atdifferent temperatures with respect to the environment. The experiments were carried out in a wind tunnel within a cold room, the particles were typically of 1O~m and the impact velocities between 5 to 6 m/s. The results show that as the target is at temperature greater than -12OCthe charging is positive and seem to not depend on the ambient temperature. Also, it is observed that for target temperatures> -120 °C the charging behavior is almost the same in the wide range of ambient temperature measured. These results are discussd in terms of proposed charge transfer mechanisms.
