Filamentous fungi grow by hyphal extension and branching through processes that are regulated in a way that is still not completely understood. Many genes and physiological mechanisms are involved in a process of morphogenesis. In this work, we quantified hyphal morphology of Aspergillus niger MYA 135 obtained under different culture conditions.
