Resumen:
Entire functions whose coefficients are polynomials having real andnegative roots are built from Touchard polynomials. A particular setof polynomials is shown to have purely complex roots, where we show a connection ofthese polynomials with certain approximations of the Riemanns zetafunction. Also a certain class of Fourier transforms is shown to haveonly real roots.
