The aim of this work was to evaluate the clinical oral efficacy in dogs of two different single doses (20 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg) of a controlled release (CR) Ricobendazole (RBZ) based formulation formulated within a lipid matrix of CetylAlcohol and compare it with those of one single dose RBZ immediate release (IR) formulation (20 mg/kg) and one Albendazole (ABZ) IR formulation (25 mg/kg)(3 consecutive doses q/24 h).
