Resumen:
The paper focuses on the study of individuality in the international relations and its relationship with Confucianism thought. It pays attention on the relationship between person and society, defines the epistemological place of international relations in the social system and the contribution of Confucianism in order to explain how individuality is discerned in the international relation, considered as a basic philosophical concept of doctrines that forms the theoretical corpus of international relations. In addition, it understands that the contribution of Confucianism to individualism enriches the efforts of Chinese scholars to build a Chinese theory of international relations.
