Resumen:
The objective of this work was to resolve the genomic structure of P. notatum ACL and propose hypotheses for its functional role in apomixis and to provide the complete genome sequence of Paspalum notatum Flügge, including annotation of predicted genes and repetitive elements, assigning gene´s functional categories and provide an overall metabolic profile of the organism. The presentation stated the current advances in the sequencing project.
