Resumen:
We have studied transport properties in the mixed and normal state of the new iron based superconductors. We have measured the resistivity as a function of temperature in magnetic fields up to 16T for FeSe and FeSe0.6Te0.4 single crystals. We have also measured the angular dependency of the resistivity for several fields and temperatures in the mixed state. We have determined the activation energy for the movement of vortices in the dissipative state below Tc in order to reveal the presence of correlated defects0.6Te0.4 single crystals.
