Resumen:
Resistivity technique is one of the most reliable geophysical prospection methods. It is used in a wide range of studies: urban environmental prospection, as an aid of archaeological and civil engineering studies, for aquifer and contaminant plumes characterization, etc. There are a variety of resistivity systems series manufactured available for general purposes. There are also resistive devises designed for specific tasks (see e.g. Zhe et al 2007). As an aid in our studies in urban tunnel detection (Osella et al 2015) and surface-borehole configuration capabilities (Grünhut et al 2018), physical model were constructed. To make resistive surveys on them, a programmable automated resistivity device was designed and constructed using an open-source electronic platform. In this work we present a low power version of the device that was implemented for these physical model laboratory studies. Different electrode configurations were programmed in the device to find the best ones to be applied.
