Resumen:
The aromatic aliphatic biodegradable co-polyester (PBAT) is a flexible material obtained from petrochemical sources and it is suitable for various packaging applications. In order to reduce costs and improve the biodegradability of PBAT materials, mixtures with starch have been investigated . The addition of nanofiller can enhance mechanical and physical properties of this mixture. In thiswork, the influence of adding 2% of starch nanoparticles (NP) in PBAT/Thermoplastic starch mixtures (70:30) developed by extrusion was investigated.
