Resumen:
Argentina has enough biocapacity to provide food to its population in a sustainable way. However, it is ranked 53 on the SDG score, while Germany is 4th. The impediment that Argentina has to reach sustainability goals is 82% due to spillover effects, that is, the externalization of the environmental impacts of the economies that buy Argentina´s raw material, since GHG emissions, deforestation , the loss of biodiversity and many other impacts are computed in the country where they occur and not in the country that benefits from products imported from Argentina. This asymmetry in the allocation of sustainability merits should be corrected, sharing co-responsibility according to the% of export volumes of each country.
