Resumen:
On 31st March 2019, a new simple bipolar active region emerged in the NE of the Sun. Thisregion formed from a small bright point, and developed through expansion. For the first time,we observe the development and expansion of the loops with time, and with magnetic modellingsee how the region at the edge of the active region form an increasing number of open magneticfield lines. We see the development of the region where blue-shifts form. These blue-shiftedregions are always seen at the edges of active regions as observed by the Hinode EUV ImaginingSpectrometer (EIS), and we discuss how they are formed. Alongside these observations, ParkerSolar Probe observed a radio noise storm. We track how the blue-shifted and the radio dataincrease as the active region develops in its first few days of life. The blue-shifted regions onthe active region seems to be the source of the radio noise storm, confirming their importanceas a contributor to the solar wind.
