A partial halo CME was observed by LASCO/SOHO and COR/STEREO-B spacecraft on 26 April 2008. The event was observed as limb CME by STEREO-A spacecraft. On-disk, UV signatures show EIT wave and dimming, as well as post-eruptive arcades. The CME was detected in-situ, three days after its eruption from the Sun. We apply forward-modeling and polarization ratio techniques on this event in order to derive its 3D structure, the true speed and the direction of propagation. The travel time to the STEREO-B spacecraft is calculated using the speed derived from the 3D reconstruction techniques. Comparison of the calculated travel time with the real arrival time is done in order to improve the reconstruction results. Analysis of the source region will be also presented and discussed.
